Welcome to the website for the Soar Valley Archery Club (SVAC). We are very pleased that you have found us.
We are a small, well established club of 30 years standing, with members of all abilities and with ages ranging from 8 to 80. We have indoor and outdoor facilities at our shooting range and shoot twice a week on a Tuesday Evenings 7-9pm and Sunday starting at 10am – 2pm.
We hold regular Club competitions & fun events as well as a number of Have a Go events around the County, throughout the summer months, all of which our members support and enjoy.
If you have always wanted to take up archery, please look at our Beginners Courses, Complete This Form and come along and join us with this fun, exciting and competitive sport.
We've had some spaces free up on our next beginners course starting the 1st of Feb.
A beginners course is a great way to get introduced into the sport, all equipment is provided for the duration and you will be guided through by our coaches and experienced archers.
The course is 6 weeks running on Sundays from 12pm till 2pm, and is £60 each for the whole course.

Merry Christmas and happy holidays everyone, hopefully Santa brings you that archery present (a new excuse book for example)
Today was the last day of shooting for the year here, we are taking a break for Christmas and new year's and will be back open after a good rest all round.
